A Buyer Agent represents the buyer NOT the seller. Acting as an advocate for the buyer, the Buyer Agent protects the buyer's interests by providing unbiased showing of all available homes, advising on the condition of the property and handling the tough negotiating to get you the best possible price and terms.
The Buyer Agent is paid at closing from a fee the listing agent receives from the seller. A Buyer Agent is essentially a free service to the buyers.

- Assistance in contacting a lender to secure financing.
- Search MLS and private listings on a daily basis to locate properties.
- Coordinate appointments with sellers to view their home.
- Set up tour of selected properties and accompany buyer.
- Provide daily market and property updates via email.
- Complete all necessary forms.
- Contract negotiation on buyer's behalf.
- Coordinate and accompany buyer on home inspection.
- Accompany buyer on final walk through.
- Representation at closing.
