A Buyer Agent represents the buyer NOT the seller.  Acting as an advocate for the buyer, the Buyer Agent protects the buyer's interests by providing unbiased showing of all available homes, advising on the condition of the property and handling the tough negotiating to get you the best possible price and terms.

The Buyer Agent is paid at closing from a fee the listing agent receives from the seller.  A Buyer Agent is essentially a free service to the buyers.

• Contract negotiation on buyer's behalf.
• Coordinate and accompany buyer on home inspection.
• Accompany buyer on final walk through.
• Representation at closing.
